Chicken Bacon Parm Bowls

Directions

  1. 1Cut off any unwanted fat from 3 lbs of chicken.
  2. 2Tenderize the chicken on both sides until it is flatter to ensure even cooking.
  3. 3Season the chicken with garlic, onion powder, and all-purpose seasoning, ensuring it is well-coated.
  4. 4Cook the seasoned chicken in a pan for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  5. 5While chicken is cooking, boil one box of protein pasta.
  6. 6Cook 20 slices of beef bacon in a skillet until done.
  7. 7Add 16 ounces of diced peppers and 16 ounces of diced white onions to the skillet with the bacon to absorb the bacon grease.
  8. 8Prepare the high-protein sauce by blending 880g of 2% cottage cheese, 1 cup fat-free Fairlife milk, 1 bag of mozzarella fat-free cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 50g 1/3 fat cream cheese, 3g salt, 2g black pepper, and 5g butter seasoning until smooth.
  9. 9Once cooked, shred the chicken using a meat tenderizer.
  10. 10Combine the shredded chicken, cooked bacon, and peppers in a large bowl.
  11. 11Add the cooked pasta to the mixture.
  12. 12Pour the prepared parm sauce over the top of the chicken, bacon, pepper, and pasta mixture.
  13. 13Mix all ingredients together.
  14. 14Divide the finished meal into 8 meal prep containers.
