Directions

  1. 1Chop shallots.
  2. 2Mince garlic.
  3. 3Drain cooked pasta.
  4. 4Grate cheese.
  5. 5Sauté shallots and garlic in butter.
  6. 6Add spinach to the pan.
  7. 7Stir in cream sauce.
  8. 8Add cooked pasta.
  9. 9Add artichokes.
  10. 10Add grated cheese to the pasta.
  11. 11Stir to combine.
  12. 12Sprinkle with more cheese.
  13. 13Slice cooked chicken.
  14. 14Serve pasta with sliced chicken on top.
