- 3Mix cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 4Mix a bit of the green chilies too
- 5Add butter to saucepan
- 6Add teaspoon of flour and mix
- 7Add broth and mix
- 8Add sour cream
- 9Mix, mix, mix
- 10Add chilies and seasonings
- 11Start rolling them
- 12Cover them with sauce
- 13Top it off with cheese
- 14Bake for 20 min at 350
