Directions

  1. 1Place the protein shaker cup on the scale.
  2. 2Add 300ml of unsweetened soya milk to the shaker.
  3. 3Add 1tbsp of ground cinnamon.
  4. 4Add 1tbsp of salt.
  5. 5Add 70g of whey protein.
  6. 6Add 100g of non-fat Greek yogurt.
  7. 7Close the shaker and shake well.
  8. 8Pour the mixture into a container.
  9. 9Store in the refrigerator.
