Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients, except the marshmallows, in a large container. Add the marshmallows after mixing.
  2. 2Prepare the drink by combining 1/3 or 1/2 cup of the mix with 8 ounces of hot water, using more mix for a richer mug.

Ingredients

  • 8 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 3 cup cocoa powder, Dutch-process
  • 4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cup heavy cream powder
  • 2 tsp fine salt
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp espresso powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean powder (optional)
  • 4 cup freeze-dried mini marshmallows

Tips

  • Use powdered coffee creamer if heavy cream powder is unavailable.
  • Espresso powder is highly recommended.
