Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1Melt and brown the butter in a pan.
- 2In a bowl, combine the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- 3Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- 4Stir in the flour, baking soda, espresso powder, and milk.
- 5Chop the chocolate bar into chunks and fold them along with the chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
- 6Use a scoop to portion the dough onto a baking sheet.
- 7Freeze the dough.
- 8Bake the cookies.

- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.25 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.25 tsp espresso powder
- 1-2 tsp milk
- 0.5 cup chocolate chips
- 1 large bar chocolate bar, chopped
