Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Directions
- 1Add three large cooked and shredded chicken breasts to a large mixing bowl.
- 2Add one cup of sour cream.
- 3Add a half cup of milk.
- 4Add one 10 ounce can of cream of chicken.
- 5Add one tablespoon of minced garlic.
- 6Add a half cup of mozzarella cheese and a half cup of cheddar cheese.
- 7Add six pieces of crumbled crispy bacon.
- 8Add pepper to taste.
- 9Add one packet of ranch seasoning.
- 10Mix all ingredients together.
- 11Coat a 9x13 glass casserole dish with a non-stick spray.
- 12Place half of a 20 ounce bag of mini tater tots in the prepared casserole dish.
- 13Pour the chicken mixture over the tater tots.
- 14Top with the remaining half cup of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- 15Top with the remaining tater tots.
- 16Bake in a 375°F oven for 40-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
