Directions

  1. 1Grate the onions.
  2. 2Chop the dill and parsley.
  3. 3Add the onions, dill and parsley to a bowl.
  4. 4Add salt, pepper and spices.
  5. 5Mix everything together with chicken.
  6. 6Shape into a block on a tray.
  7. 7Cut it into individual keftas.
  8. 8Add tomatoes and olive oil.
  9. 9Put the tray in the oven.
  10. 10Grate some garlic into mayo, then add smoked paprika and mix.
  11. 11Mix onions, chilies, dill and parsley in a salad.
  12. 12Put it over broil for the last few minutes.
  13. 13Add the tomatoes to the salad.
  14. 14Dress it up with lemon.
  15. 15Add mayo, kefta and salad to bread.
  16. 16Caramelize as the bread crisps up in the pan.
