1Soak your dangmyeon in cold water for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables and mix the gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar in a separate bowl.
2Cook the bacon in a pan and remove once it is done. Add in the chopped vegetables, the prepared sauce, heavy cream, and water.
3Add the cooked bacon back to the pan, then add the rice cakes and the soaked dangmyeon. Cook for 5 minutes.
4Add the optional peppers, top with mozzarella cheese, and cover for 2 minutes.
5Sprinkle with green onions and parsley flakes, then serve.
