- 6Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- 7Place a portion of the meat mixture onto a cabbage leaf.
- 8Roll up the cabbage leaf to form a roll.
- 9Arrange the cabbage rolls in a baking dish.
- 10Pour tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls.
- 11Bake until golden brown.
- 12Garnish with fresh parsley.
