Cabbage Rolls

Directions
- 1Cut the core out of the cabbage.
- 2Place the whole cabbage in boiling water.
- 3Remove the softened outer leaves of the cabbage.
- 4Cut off the thick part of each cabbage leaf.
- 5Combine ground meat, grated carrots, rice, and spices in a bowl.
- 6Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- 7Place a portion of the meat mixture onto a cabbage leaf.
- 8Roll up the cabbage leaf to form a roll.
- 9Arrange the cabbage rolls in a baking dish.
- 10Pour tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls.
- 11Bake until golden brown.
- 12Garnish with fresh parsley.
