- 15Add evaporated milk to a pan.
- 16Add hot sauce to the pan.
- 17Add light cream cheese to the pan.
- 18Add cheddar cheese to the pan.
- 19Add onion and garlic powder to the pan.
- 20Stir for 5 minutes on medium heat until smooth and creamy.
- 21Add cooked macaroni to the pan.
