2Once the onion has some color, add extra lean beef mince.
3Mix the beef mince around and let it cook through.
4Add diced garlic, the seasoning mix, tomato paste, softened light cream cheese, shredded low-fat cheese, and optionally sriracha or any hot sauce of your choice.
5Mix all ingredients together until combined and creamy.
6Add some coriander on top and mix it one more time.
7Grab a low-calorie tortilla.
8Add 1/6th of the filling.
9Add 20g of cheese sauce or regular cheese.
10Add more coriander/cilantro.
11Roll the tortilla into a burrito.
12Toast the rolled burrito.
13Repeat the process for the other 5 burritos.

1 Tsp chilli powder
0.5 Tsp ground cumin
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp black pepper
2 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder

1.5 Tsp oregano
50 g tomato paste
100 g softened light cream cheese
80 g low fat cheese
120 g cheese sauce or shredded cheese
6 low calorie tortillas/wraps
25 ml sriracha/hot sauce

Reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes on each side (quickly toast on a pan again after to make it crispy).
Reheat in oven for 6-10 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
Reheat in air fryer for 6-8 minutes at 180°C / 375°F.
Store burritos in the fridge or freezer for meal prep for the week ahead.
The seasoning mix can be substituted for your choice of seasonings.
Sriracha/Hot Sauce and Coriander/Cilantro are optional ingredients.
You can use regular cheese instead of cheese sauce.
