Add tomato paste to a small saucepan.

Pour water into the saucepan.

Add vinegar to the saucepan.

Pour honey into the saucepan.

Add onion powder to the saucepan.

Add garlic powder to the saucepan.

Add Worcestershire sauce to the saucepan.

Add salt to the saucepan.

Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

Simmer the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes.

Transfer the prepared ketchup to a sealed container.

Refrigerate the ketchup for at least 4 hours before using.

Tips
Ketchup is good for 3 weeks when refrigerated.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using to allow flavors to meld and for the ketchup to thicken to the desired consistency.
