Directions

  1. 1Place a boiled baby potato in each cup of a cupcake tray.
  2. 2Press down a small glass into the potato to create a cup shape.
  3. 3Remove the glass and the baking paper.
  4. 4Add a little bit of oil and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5Bake in a 200 degrees Celsius oven with fan for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
  6. 6Remove the baked potato cups from the tray and detach the bottom piece of baking paper.
