Directions
- 1Drop the pasta into boiling water.
- 2Pour tomato passata into a pan.
- 3Season the passata with salt and pepper.
- 4Add two knobs of butter to the tomato sauce.
- 5Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
- 6Toss the pasta with the sauce.
- 7Turn off the heat.
- 8Add a generous amount of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
- 9Mix and toss until the pasta achieves an iconic orange color.
- 10Serve the pasta on a plate.
- 11Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
