High Protein Tofu Souvlaki Bowls

Directions

  1. 1Boil tofu for 5 minutes.

  • 0.5 cup grated cucumber
  • 0.75 cup plain (vegan) Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves

Tips
