Arayes (Meat-Stuffed Pitas)
Directions
- 1Combine ground meat, feta cheese, garlic, olive oil, spices, and parsley in a bowl.
- 2Form half-moon patties.
- 3Stuff the patties into Toufayan pita breads.
- 4Sear on both sides until cooked through.
- 5Cook the stuffed pitas in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
