Add two boxes of Stove Top Savory Herb stuffing mix.
Add 1 ½ cups of whole milk.
Add two whole eggs.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add two tablespoons of ketchup and one tablespoon of yellow mustard.
Mix all ingredients until beautifully combined.
Line your crockpot with foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Put the mixture into the crockpot, form it into a loaf, and give it a little slap.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 ½ cups of ketchup, ¼ cup of light brown sugar, two tablespoons of minced onion, one tablespoon of yellow mustard, two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, and a handful of pepper.
Pour about half a cup of the mixture over the meatloaf and brush it on.
Cover and cook on low for six hours.
Check at four hours; when done, carefully remove the meatloaf using the foil and put it on a baking sheet.
Add the remaining glaze, brush it over the top, and broil for five to ten minutes until it looks beautiful.
