Directions
- 1Chop the leeks.

- 4Transfer the cooked leeks and spinach to a bowl.
- 5Add cinnamon to the mixture.
- 6Crumble feta cheese into the mixture.
- 7Add dill to the mixture and combine.
- 8Divide the dough into even portions.
- 9Roll and stuff each portion of dough with the filling, making sure not to overfill.
- 10Seal the stuffed dough portions.
- 11Carefully flatten the stuffed dough with a rolling pin.
- 12Pan-fry until golden and crisp.
