Add 1 cup of raw peanuts with skins into a saucepan.

Pour water into the saucepan with the peanuts.

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add in your peanuts.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Drain the peanuts.

Return peanuts to the saucepan.

Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the saucepan.

Add 2 tbsp of brown sugar to the saucepan.

Add 2 tbsp of mirin to the saucepan.

Add 1 tbsp of corn syrup to the saucepan.

Add 1 tsp of mushroom seasoning to the saucepan.

Bring the ingredients to a boil.

Turn down to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve the braised peanuts on a plate.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

1 tsp mushroom seasoning
