Start by cooking the rice according to the package.

Meanwhile, heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add ground beef cooking until browned, breaking into small pieces.

While beef is cooking, mix the ingredients for the sauce.

Add the sliced onions and sauce to the cooked ground beef. Bring to simmer and cook until sauce has thickened and onions are softened.

For the fried egg: heat a skillet over high heat, add oil, green onions, chili crisp and crack egg over top.

Cook the egg until the white is cooked and the yolk is still runny.

Serve rice with ground beef & fried egg.

Garnish with more green onion & sesame seeds.

1 cup rice, uncooked
1 lb ground beef
0.33 cup soy sauce
0.25 cup honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
0.25 cup sriracha
1 tablespoon sesame oil
0.75 cup beef broth
1 heaping teaspoon grated ginger
1 heaping teaspoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 medium-sized yellow onion, sliced
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons sliced green onion (green & white parts)
1 teaspoon chili crisp
1 egg
sesame seeds
