Filipino Champorado

Directions

  1. 1Add rice to a pot.
  2. 2Add water to the pot.
  3. 3Add brown sugar to the pot.
  4. 4Add a little salt to the pot.
  5. 5Mix cocoa powder with water until it forms a paste.
  6. 6Pour the cocoa mixture into the pot.
  7. 7Boil everything together until the grains are soft.
  8. 8Serve the chocolate rice pudding into bowls.
  9. 9Finish it with evaporated milk for a creamy drizzle on top.
