Directions

Cut chicken breast into tiny cubes.

Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

Add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and some garlic powder to the chicken.

Cook chicken in a pan on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy.

Set the cooked chicken aside.

In the same pan, add Gochujang chili paste, minced garlic, and ginger.

Drizzle sesame oil and cook for a few minutes.

Add water, a drizzle of honey, a splash of rice wine vinegar, and some light soy sauce.

Once the sauce thickens, add back the chicken.
