Start by making a seasoning blend with Old Bay, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, baking powder, brown sugar, oregano, and thyme.
Use about three quarters of the seasoning blend to generously season chicken breast.
To a medium heat skillet, sear your chicken on both sides.
Lower the heat and baste with butter.
Remove the chicken to rest.
Go in with ground sausage and beef in the same pan.
Cook fully and remove the sausage and beef.
Chop up an onion, bell peppers (green and red), and garlic and add it to the same pan.
Cook until translucent and add a little tomato paste.
Then add back your cooked beef and sausage along with pre-cooked white rice.
Combine it well and make sure all that flavor is evenly distributed.
For the sauce, start with a little butter and tomato paste.
Cook that down a bit, then go in with some chicken broth.
Add in heavy cream, the rest of your seasoning blend and some grated parmesan cheese.
Slice up your chicken breast.
Plate the sliced chicken over that super flavorful dirty rice.
Pour some of that tomato cream sauce over the chicken.
