Directions
- 1Pat the steak dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- 2In a bowl, mash an avocado with a fork. Add lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- 3Cook the steak in a cast iron pan until desired doneness.
- 4In a bowl, whip egg white with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- 5Spread the mashed avocado on top of the steak and top with the whipped egg white.
