Directions

  1. 1Boil the potatoes until half cooked.
  2. 2Place a layer of grated cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. 3Place a halved potato on top of the cheese.
  4. 4Using a glass, press down on the potato to flatten it.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  6. 6Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. 7Cover with more grated cheese.
  8. 8Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 22 minutes.

  • 4 small potatoes
  • 1 cup oily cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper
