Chocolate Lover's Dream Cookies

Directions
- 1Add cream cheese to a bowl.
- 2Mix the cream cheese until smooth.
- 3Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar to the cream cheese.
- 4Mix until well combined.
- 5Pipe dollops of the cream cheese mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Freeze the piped cream cheese until firm.
- 7In a separate bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
- 8Whisk until well combined.
- 9Add one egg and whisk.
- 10Add cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and baking soda to the wet ingredients.
- 11Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- 12Fold in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate.
- 13Scoop out portions of the cookie dough.
- 14Flatten a scoop of cookie dough, place a frozen cream cheese dollop in the center, and wrap the cookie dough around it to enclose the filling.
- 15Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 16Bake the cookies until golden brown.
