Directions

  1. 1Place sugar cookie dough in the bottom of a greased mini muffin tin.
  2. 2Bake the cookie dough at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3Once baked, use a tablespoon measuring spoon to indent the middle of each cookie, creating a larger area for the filling.
  4. 4Transfer the no-bake cheesecake filling into a sandwich bag (or piping bag) and pipe it into each cookie cup.
  5. 5Spoon your favorite pie filling on top of the cheesecake filling.
  6. 6Refrigerate until ready to serve.
