Directions

  1. 1Boil 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a good pinch of salt until everything is melted.
  2. 2Turn off the heat.
  3. 3Add 1 cup or 160 grams of flour.
  4. 4Mix together until it turns into a ball.
  5. 5Let that residual heat thicken this dough up.
  6. 6Let this cool down for 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. 7Add the eggs one by one and mix.
  8. 8Get a piping bag and a large tip, I'm using a star-shaped one to give the churros ridges that will allow it to cook more evenly.
  9. 9Fill it up with your soft dough and pipe your preferred length of churros on a sheet tray with parchment paper.
  10. 10Deep fry the churros over high heat until golden brown.
  11. 11While still hot, roll over in the mixture of white sugar and cinnamon powder.
  12. 12For the dipping sauce, add some creamy peanut butter with a splash of cream and water.
  13. 13Mix and melt shortly over low heat until you get a silky smooth sauce.
  14. 14Pour your sauce in a bowl and serve.
