Directions

  1. 1Peel and cut the potatoes into fry shapes.
  2. 2Wash the potatoes in a bowl of water.
  3. 3Boil the potatoes in a pot with water until they are almost cooked.
  4. 4Remove the potatoes and place them in a baking tray.
  5. 5Add flour to the potatoes and toss gently to coat.
  6. 6Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. 7Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  8. 8Boil the tomatoes for 1 minute.
  9. 9Blend the boiled tomatoes in a blender.
  10. 10Heat the tomato sauce in a pan.
  11. 11Serve the french fries with the tomato sauce.

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups oil
  • 4 tomatoes
