2Add water gradually and knead properly to make medium soft dough.
3Cover and leave it for 30 min.
4Chop chicken breast into small pieces and make chicken keema.
5Transfer chicken keema into the bowl.
6Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, garlic paste, ginger, green chilli, spring onion, soya sauce, white oil, water, salt, black pepper and sugar to taste and ajinomoto (optional) into the bowl and mix it all together.
7Cover and keep it aside.
8Heat a pan and add water for boiling.
9Take prepared dough divide into small pieces and sprinkle some maida (all purpose flour).
10Use a rolling pin & make a thin and round momo sheet.
11Now place some of the chicken filling in the centre of a wrapper.
12Apply little bit of water on the edges and follow this folding process.
13Now add prepared chicken momos.
14Cover & Cook for 10 - 15 min ( medium to low flame).
15After 15 min check if momo is cooked.

Tips
Momos dough should be made medium soft.
Do not make chicken paste, instead chop it, to keep filling juicy.
Look for transparency and non-stickiness to know when the momos are cooked.
