1Cook lasagna sheets until al dente and preserve the pasta water.
2Prepare the chicken by cutting into small cubes and add oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, Dan O, garlic powder, and oregano. Add to a hot pan and cook the chicken.
3Preheat oven to 400F.
4In the same pan, add garlic and cream cheese. Mix until melted, then deglaze with chicken stock. Add heavy cream, paprika, and oregano. Once simmering, mix in Parmesan cheese and pasta water.
5Assemble the rolls by layering sauce, mozzarella, and chicken. Roll tightly and place in a baking dish.
6Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
7Remove foil and broil the cheese for the last minute.
