  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz dry pasta
  • 10 oz dry pasta
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup fresh parm
  • chopped basil
