Creamy Sesame Chicken Ramen

Directions

  1. 1Dice the 600g of raw chicken into cubes.
  2. 2Season the chicken with garlic, black pepper, 1 tbsp onion powder, 30ml light soy sauce, and 10g sesame oil.
  3. 3Mix the seasoned chicken together.
  4. 4Cook the chicken in a pan on high heat for 10 minutes until sizzling brown. Alternatively, cook in an oven or air fryer.
  5. 5Add spring onion, 20g Sriracha, 10g sesame seeds, 10g honey, and 60ml light soy sauce to the cooked chicken on medium heat.
  6. 6Add 600g of cooked ramen and 60g of low-fat cream cheese to the mixture.
  7. 7Stir and let it simmer on low heat until the sauce becomes rich and creamy.
  8. 8Portion the creamy sesame chicken ramen equally into meal prep containers.
