Everything Bagel Bacon Crackers

Directions

  1. 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  3. 3Lay out the crackers with the salt side down.
  4. 4Spread a generous smear of cream cheese on each cracker.
  5. 5Top each cracker with half a slice of bacon.
  6. 6Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the bacon.
  7. 7Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  8. 8Place the assembled crackers on a wire rack on the baking sheet.
  9. 9Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and caramelized.
  10. 10Let the crackers cool for a few minutes to firm up.
