1Put 2 tbsp of powdered sugar and 2 tbsp of ghee on the Konafah dough.
2Spread the mixture in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until it browns.
3Mix 1 tsp honey and 1 vanillin powder with the nuts of your choice.
4Place a filo pastry sheet on a plate, brush it with ghee, and add a layer of the konafah mixture and then a layer of the nuts mixture.
5Roll the filo pastry tightly and cut into equal sizes.
6Arrange the rolls in a baking tray and brush with ghee.
7Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
8Prepare the syrup by combining 2 cups of sugar, 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of orange blossom water, 2 vanillin powders, half a lemon, and 1 tbsp of ghee.
9Boil the syrup until thickened, then remove from heat and stir in an additional tbsp of ghee.
10Pour the cold syrup over the baked baklava and sprinkle with nuts.
