Heat your oven to 400°F and line a baking dish with foil.

Stir together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Set the salmon fillet in the center, then tuck the shrimp and the onion wedges around it.

Drizzle on olive oil and melted butter, then dust over the seasoning mix.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes until the fish flakes and everything looks plump and roasted.

If you want extra color, broil 1 to 2 minutes, then serve with lemon wedges.

1 large large onion, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp dried parsley

Tips
Line a baking dish with foil for easy cleanup.
Spread ingredients out so they roast, not steam.
For extra color, broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
