Make your sauce with 8 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 4 tablespoon of honey, 3 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce, 2 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of Chinese five spice, and 1 teaspoon of cornflour (mixed with water) in a separate bowl and thoroughly mix through.
Marinate your chicken in a bowl and coat it with cornflour. Marinate with 1 tablespoon of chilli powder, 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, and 4 tablespoon of soy sauce and set aside.
Put your chicken in the air-fryer and air-fry for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Turn the chicken every 5 minutes.
In a pan, cook the pepper, onion, and garlic for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Then add the sauce to the pan and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Once the chicken has finished cooking in the air-fryer, put it in the pan and mix everything together.
Plate up the dish with your favourite rice and top with spring onion.
