Pistachio Ice Cream
Directions
- 1In a food processor, add the pistachios and start grinding it until it's almost completely chopped.
- 2Add in the can of condensed milk and the vanilla.
- 3Mix until the condensed milk and vanilla are completely combined.
- 4Set the pistachio and condensed milk mixture aside.
- 5Whip the heavy whipping cream in a bowl for about 3 to 4 minutes until it reaches almost a stiff peak, like a whip.
- 6Fold in the pistachio and condensed milk mixture into the whipped heavy whipping cream.
- 7Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container.
- 8Add more pistachio on top.
- 9Close the container and put it in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- 10Once frozen, scoop and enjoy.
