Brownies in a Mug

Directions

  1. 1Grab your second favorite mug.
  2. 2Add three tablespoons of all-purpose flour, three tablespoons of packed brown sugar, and three tablespoons of cocoa dust.
  3. 3Add a pinch of fresh sea salt.
  4. 4Wangjangle the dry ingredients together until the sugar decompresses and you have fine baking sand.
  5. 5Add two melted tablespoons of unsalted butter and three tablespoons of milk.
  6. 6Wangjangle the mixture until you've got thick brownie sludge, looking for powder pockets.
  7. 7Add a quarter to a half cup of blueberries to the chocolate mud.
  8. 8Wangjangle the mixture together, gently mixing or bursting the blueberries as desired.
  9. 9Place the mug in the microwave.
  10. 10Microwave on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds; add more seconds if it doesn't seem cooked through.
  11. 11Wait five or ten minutes before eating, as it will be very hot.

Tips

  • For a vegan version, use nut milk and coconut oil in place of butter.
