Directions

  1. 1Melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 dish.
  2. 2Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the dish.
  3. 3Add a bag of frozen vegetables (like peas and carrots) over the chicken.
  4. 4Season the chicken and vegetables with Kinder's roast chicken seasoning and pepper.
  5. 5In a separate bowl or measuring cup, combine two cups of milk with a box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix and its seasoning packet.
  6. 6Pour the biscuit mixture over the chicken and vegetables, without mixing.
  7. 7In the same measuring cup, mix two cups of chicken stock or broth with a can of cream of chicken soup.
  8. 8Pour this mixture over everything in the dish, without mixing.
  9. 9Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. 10Let the cobbler sit for about 10 or 15 minutes after removing it from the oven before serving.
