Directions

  1. 1Pat the steak with paper towels, season it with salt and pepper
  2. 2In a bowl, smush the avocado with a spoon
  3. 3Add lemon juice, salt, and mix
  4. 4Cook the steak
  5. 5Separate egg white and egg yolk
  6. 6Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until they look like shaving cream
  7. 7Make a small well in the egg white and place the egg yolk in it
  8. 8Place the avocado on the cooked steak
  9. 9Place the cloud egg on top of the avocado
