2Add plain flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the chicken.
3Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
4Crack an egg into a bowl and beat it with a fork.
5Put cornflakes into another bowl.
6Crush the cornflakes.
7Add the same spices used for the chicken to the crushed cornflakes.
8Mix the spices into the cornflakes.
9Coat the chicken in the beaten egg.
10Then coat the chicken in the seasoned crushed cornflakes, pressing to make sure the coating sticks.
11Place the coated chicken into your air fryer.
12Spray the chicken with some oil.
13Air fry at 180 degrees Celsius for about 14 minutes.
14For the Raising Cane's style sauce, add zero fat Greek yoghurt, light mayo, Worcestershire sauce, no added sugar ketchup, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper into a bowl.
15Mix the sauce ingredients together.
16Flip the chicken tenders in the air fryer.
17Spray the flipped chicken with more oil and put them back in the air fryer.
18Get some BBQ sauce, honey, and low-fat butter into a pan.
19Gently heat this on the hob for about one minute.
20Add the cooked chicken tenders into the pan with the BBQ sauce mixture.
21Mix until the chicken is fully coated in the sauce.
22Serve and enjoy with the Raising Cane's style sauce.
