Directions
- 1Wrap a washed sweet potato in parchment paper and aluminum foil.
- 2Bake for an hour until cooked.
- 3Add half a cup of sugar to a pan.
- 4Leave on low heat until completely melted.
- 5Add a tablespoon of butter and half a cup of milk.
- 6Stir well and add a tablespoon of starch.
- 7Stir well until thickened and remove from heat.
- 8Take out the sweet potato and open it from the middle.
- 9Add banana slices, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- 10Add caramel and sprinkle with nuts.
