Soya Chilli

Directions

  1. 1Soak 60g of soya chunks in boiling water for 5–10 minutes.
  2. 2Squeeze out all the excess water and set them aside.
  3. 3Marinate them with salt, chili powder, black pepper, and 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste
  4. 4Mix everything well.
  5. 5Add 1 spoon of cornflour to coat the chunks
  6. 6Pop them into an air fryer at 200°C for 7 minutes to get them slightly crispy.
  7. 7Heat a pan, add a little oil.
  8. 8Toss in finely chopped garlic, onions, green chillies, and diced mixed peppers.
  9. 9Sauté for a few minutes.
  10. 10Add salt, pepper, some soy sauce, a splash of vinegar, and some sweet chilli sauce.
  11. 11Let everything cook for a couple of minutes.
  12. 12Add the air-fried soya chunks back into the pan and sauté everything together for a few minutes.
