Soak 60g of soya chunks in boiling water for 5–10 minutes.

Squeeze out all the excess water and set them aside.

Marinate them with salt, chili powder, black pepper, and 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste

Mix everything well.

Add 1 spoon of cornflour to coat the chunks

Pop them into an air fryer at 200°C for 7 minutes to get them slightly crispy.

Heat a pan, add a little oil.

Toss in finely chopped garlic, onions, green chillies, and diced mixed peppers.

Sauté for a few minutes.

Add salt, pepper, some soy sauce, a splash of vinegar, and some sweet chilli sauce.

Let everything cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the air-fried soya chunks back into the pan and sauté everything together for a few minutes.
