Directions

  1. 1Season pork chops with mustard, ground pepper, salt, and garlic powder, and mix well.
  2. 2Place the seasoned pork chops in hot oil to sear both sides and then set them aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, sauté red onion.
  4. 4Return the pork chops to the skillet.
  5. 5Add a little Coca-Cola, cover, and let cook.
