Directions
- 1Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
- 2Add the pig tail to the boiling water.
- 3Strain off the pig tail from the boiling water.
- 4Add peas, pig tail and water to the pot.
- 5Add thyme to the pot.
- 6Add scallion to the pot.
- 7Add onion and garlic to the pot.
- 8Add all spice to the pot.
- 9Add pepper to the pot.
- 10Add coconut milk to the pot.
- 11Stir the ingredients in the pot.
- 12Taste the stew peas.
- 13Add spinners to the pot.
- 14Serve the stew peas with rice.
- 15Enjoy the stew peas.
