1Cut 1 kg of pork ribs into pieces along the bones.
2Place all the cut pork ribs in a glass baking dish.
3In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 chopped onion.
4Mix all the ingredients in the bowl very well.
5Pour the prepared mixture over each piece of pork rib in the glass baking dish.
6Cover the glass dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate for about 2 hours.
7In a pan, drizzle some olive oil.
8Place all the marinated pork ribs in the pan.
9Sear all sides of the pork ribs until well browned.
10Remove the seared pork ribs from the pan and place them on a plate.
11In the same pan, add 1 onion cut into rings, 200g of champignon mushrooms, and 1/2 sliced red bell pepper.
12Sauté the vegetables very well.
13Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the vegetables.
14Sauté everything very well again.
15Place the pork ribs back into the pan with the sautéed vegetables.
16Add 1 and a half cups of beer to the pan.
17Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
18Serve the cooked pork ribs on a plate, topped with the sautéed vegetables and sauce from the pan.
