Directions

  1. 1Add olive oil to the pan.
  2. 2Add chopped garlic and saute.
  3. 3Add chopped onion and saute.
  4. 4Add halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. 5Add tomato paste.
  6. 6Add chopped sundried tomatoes.
  7. 7Boil pasta in salted water.
  8. 8Add salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, parsley, black pepper and chilli flakes to the pan.
  9. 9Add one cup of pasta water and cook until the tomatoes are mushy.
  10. 10Add heavy cream.
  11. 11Add boiled pasta and fresh spinach.
  12. 12Mix well.
  13. 13Add parmesan cheese.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 small jar sundried tomatoes
  • 1 box rigatoni pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch chilli flakes
  • 1 cup pasta water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5 leaves fresh spinach
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
