Directions
1
Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray and cover it with parchment paper if you have it.
2
Drop your sugar cookie dough into little balls and smooth it out until it's nice and flat.
3
Spread green buttercream on top of the bars and smooth it out. Make sure you get all of the sides and corners covered.
4
Add some nonpareil sprinkles for a bunch of little ornaments.
5
Pop them into the freezer for about 10 minutes so that the frosting cuts really clean.
6
Cut your bars horizontally in half using a sharp knife.
7
Cut each of those halves in another half.
8
Separate the four pieces.
9
Trim off the bottom piece so you can start creating triangles. You should get about six Christmas trees out of each row.
10
Cut off the top edge to make it a little bit cleaner.
11
You can even pipe a little yellow star on the top or add a star sprinkle.

Tips
Wipe down the knife between cuts for the cleanest edge.
It helps to move the cookies out of the way so you're not messing them up.
